Obviously there are some questions which cannot be answered without the doctor having the opportunity to first examine a patient. However, we have found that many patients enjoy this opportunity to ask questions. We have also found that many patients utilize this after their office consultation as well, when they think of questions they forgot to ask while they were in the office.
